Shipping Policy

For items that we stock, our orders are processed and shipped within 2 – 3 business days. In many cases, your items will ship the next day! We are also upfront about our shipping costs.  Shipment costs is based on the weight of the items. We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging each order.

Shipping:

All items made in Thailand are shipped by either ePacket or EMS by Thailand Post.  For overseas, Thailand Post works with FedEx or DHL for the EMS service.  All items made in Malaysia are shipped by either PosLaju or Citi Link Express.  Currently, we focus on shipping to only within Malaysia and Singapore for our items from Malaysia.

Generally, shipments under 2kg  in weight ship via ePacket which can take between 3 to 9  business days for delivery.

Shipments over 2kg in weight ship via EMS. Shipping via EMS is between 2 to 8 business days (excluding time for custom clearance at the destination country).

Local shipment within Thailand will be via EMS and it takes about 1 to 2 days depending on what area of the country we are shipping to.  We are located on the middle east coast of Thailand.  

Shipment confirmation and order tracking
When your order is processed and a tracking number is available, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Customs, duties, and taxes
Fashion By Mandy is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)..

Damages
Fashion By Mandy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
